i need help BS not working

BlueStacks version is but support version 0.8.x - 1.x not found

hi i'm using windows 10 pro 64 bit version 1809 

im using BS v 3.50.52.1661 and it was working just fine  until windows update 

 

when i hit start bot i get this

W10 1809 seems to have a problem with Bluestacks.  I could not get any version of BS to run on 1809 and had to setup a VM with an earlier version.

Maybe someone will answer that has more info than me.  If you know how to setup a VM you could install in it W10, 1511, 1703 or 1709.  All those work for me.  Also, try doing a search on these forums for '1809'.  Sorry I'm not more helpful.

I use Virtualbox for Windows & Linux. Search Virtualbox, go to the site, and download.  There's also extensive documentation/guides/manuals on their site --- there's a learning curve.  There's also oodles of youtubes for install/setup.
