How to Handle the Multiple messages from the User

I have one scenario to check the Invoice Status. If the user asks directly "Status of my invoice" BOT will give the responses currently. But If the conversation is like below, How can i handle that?

User: I am from xyz company

User: Status of my invoice

Here the Problem is whenever the User sends the first message BOT is giving the response immediately. So, BOT wants to wait until the User completes his Message. How can we restrict this?
